Considerations in Viewing, Making, and Interpreting Data Visualizations 
Interpretability - “Provide content” is the pivotal part of data visualization. When viewers see a chart, all the necessary information should be there. Viewers should not need to go back to reading a paragraph to be able to understand the data. This also matches with Completeness - “Visualize missing data”. However, it is important to remember that "less is more". Taxing the cognitive load with repetitions and unnecessary information might also cause misunderstandings. Simpler data visualization might lead better comprehension. This is called Retainability - “Reduce Cognitive Load”.

A list of sources were initially given yet, it ends with "others". It leads to come questions about credibility. Secondly, what about the color coding? How are we supposed to understand in what ways yellow-orange-red differ. It should have indicated that red indicates the highest risk while yellow indicates the lowest risk. It should have said the darker shade means the higher risk.

It starts with intelligence, but according to what criteria? Secondly, where is the line?
