In 2014, Roblox Studio was acquired by Microsoft for $400 million. In 2015, Roblox Studio released a major update to Roblox, allowing more content to be created for the platform. In January 2016, Microsoft released the first mobile game on Roblox, a version of Minecraft. It was followed by Clash of Clans in 2017 and Minecraft Story Mode in 2018.
In 2018, Erik Cassel and David Baszucki left Roblox to found a new company called Mindrocket Games. In December 2018, Microsoft announced that it was selling Roblox Studio to the Japanese conglomerate SoftBank for $2.3 billion. SoftBank then merged Roblox Studio with its own developer studio, Alawar Entertainment, to form Alawar Studio.
By June 2019, Microsoft had transferred Roblox Studio’s assets to the Japanese tech company Denki. Denki then merged it with its own developer studio, Studio Gigante, to form KiLab. This is also the name of the company that was officially announced on September 25, 2019.

History
The University of Dagenham was established in 1994 with a single department based on the Essex Regional College of Further Education in Barking. It quickly expanded and became part of the Sixth Form Colleges Group.
