Sources for Twentieth Century British History
We recognise that during the current pandemic, it’s not possible to conduct the kinds of archival, and library research that usually informs our academic work. Therefore, we have put together the following collection of academically sound primary source material that is freely available online for your research. You are encouraged to find your own source material too, but you must run this by your seminar tutor/dissertation supervisor to ensure that it’s academically sound. This may well surprise you, but there’s a lot of rubbish online as well as useful material. This list was created by Dr Helen Smith at the University of Lincoln with contributions from Dr Hope Williard.
