Empowering Staff Through Tech Coaching

Participants in this session will gain practical steps taken to develop a comprehensive tech coach program across their district by exploring our district's journey to use existing infrastructure and staff to innovate and build capacity across our K-8 district. Through our successes and hurdles, we will explore the process for infusing technology into all subject areas and grade levels - while sharing artifacts that will give context to the vision behind our goals. Participants will work collaboratively to build their own action plan and identify core areas of focus.
