Wordfest 2017: Gabrielle Hamilton

Gabrielle Hamilton, chef/owner of New York City’s renowned restaurant, Prune joined Wordfest on July 14th, 2017. A James Beard Foundation winner, she is the author of the New York Times bestselling memoir Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Cook. The event was sold out included an on-stage interview, food from Sidewalk Citizen Bakery and a book signing.
