State Teachers of the Year Learn About RCSD's Sought-After Programs

Redwood City School District (RCSD) recently hosted the State Teachers of the Year from throughout the nation. They visited classrooms in the STEAM and Mandarin Immersion programs on the John Gill campus as well as Kennedy Middle School and learned about the district's focus on equity in access to education, the  sophisticated technology integration across content areas, enrichment opportunities, expertise in English language learning, and the innovative creation opportunities to make learning visible. The teachers had plenty to say and Tweet about their experience while touring RCSD schools.
