AutoCAD Free Download
AutoCAD is used for drafting, engineering, and visualizing 2D and 3D drawings and images. The app is built on the principles of the DWG format (AutoCAD's native file format) and the SLD format. AutoCAD's powerful features are in addition to over 400 integrated applications and data files.
In addition to drawing features, the software also has an integrated GIS (Geographical Information System) application that can manage and display GIS data. Other features include DWG file synchronization, automated help systems, dynamic block diagram management, and sophisticated 3D and animation tools.
AutoCAD can be used from a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device.

AutoLISP
AutoLISP was an alternative to Visual LISP, which is a dynamic object oriented programming language written for the OS/2 operating system, but has also been ported to Windows and Linux.
AutoLISP is based on standard LISP dialects with "Classes" to create objects, "Functions" to control and modify them, and "Interface" to build an extensible set of objects. The standard set of LISP dialects include AutoLISP/1, AutoLISP/2, and AutoLISP/3. It can be compiled and used as a stand-alone language, embedded in other programming languages, or invoked by COM.
 AutoLISP is commonly used for plugin development.
The language implementation is dynamic, which means that functions and variables are not allocated as a part of code at run time, but are generated on the fly. With a compiler design in mind, AutoLISP uses static variable and function definitions to allocate memory, which results in much faster startup than using dynamic language runtimes. AutoLISP's dynamic nature allows almost unlimited extension of the language with new functions and variables.
Visual LISP 
Visual LISP is a visual programming language that allows users to define functions, variables and methods through blocks, other LISP features such as procedures, objects, stacks, arrays, and lists. A block is a collection of code elements that are grouped and presented in a visual way for users to define and edit. Visual LISP compiles LISP code and can be accessed with AutoCAD.
Visual LISP contains a graphical object palette to create objects.
Automation
AutoLISP extensions were often created for specific purposes. For example, add-ons could be created to manage complex text objects. In a similar way, AutoLISP and Visual LISP extensions could be created to manage object creation and manipulation.
