Summary
This anime centers on Seiji. Seiji is a young man who lives in the city. He works for a company. He goes to his company every day. Seiji is at the same place everyday. He spends time watching films and reading. He does not get out of his small apartment. One day, he receives a phone call at work. It is his birthday. Seiji's colleagues tell him about his birthday party. They want him to go to his party. Seiji is reluctant to go. He does not want to leave his small apartment. However, he finally goes to his party. At the party, he has a lot of fun. He meets lots of his colleagues. Seiji stays the night at his colleague's house. Seiji has a lot of friends.
One day, a strange boy shows up at his apartment. This boy is not like his other friends. The boy is a penguin. He is a boy with a soft, penguin-like voice. He claims to be a penguin. Seiji is surprised that a penguin is at his apartment. He is not sure whether to trust him. He is not sure that the boy is a boy.
Seiji finds that this boy knows a lot of things about the world. He even knows that the real penguin is at the Antarctica.
