Since 2013, CallbackWomen has worked to radically expand gender diversity at tech conferences. Inspiring new speakers. Getting them into dialogue with conference organizers. Educating conferences about what why inclusion and diversity are necessary, and how to pursue that priority. Raising visibility of experienced speakers. Generating excitement for conferences that do the hard work of expanding inclusion & diversity. Talking back to stereotypes and assumptions.
