"In total they wanted a little over £85m they got a fraction of the Transformation Funding they needed. This will have had a profound effect on the long term ability of the TCPs to function effectively and deliver on their targets. It will be one of the reasons that they don't feature in the #NHSLongTermPlan"

"I’m not sure its all about resources agree the finances need to be in place to happen However there are other key elements that are missing in my opinion eg real co production and engagement, time to do this effectively and most importantly the voice of the patient."

"Agree it's never just about the resources and some TCPs could have had all the money they asked for and they still wouldn't have delivered, but most of the plans showed good initial evidence of co-production and engagement that most TCPs simply weren't able to build upon."
