Our topic for this week’s chat is on Using Research in L&D.

Today we are bombarded with information. New ideas, approaches, techniques cross our screens pushed through by our social networks and regular periodicals. Often these come to us supported by research, claims of research or none at all which forces us to make a choice with our time.

In this week’s #GuildChat we tapped the eLearning Guild’s own Director of Research, Dr. Jane Bozarth for some contributing questions. We aim to explore how we examine evidence and decide on sources of research. How deep we must go to feel confident in the research we choose, and we’ll discuss how we use it and the ways to communicate successfully to others.
