The Frontier
The game's story is about a young man, named Tonsil, who finds himself in a strange land after a deadly ship wreck. He is lost and alone. Upon surviving, he is put into a land of extreme climate change, ruled by a large, sentient city-state with sky-scraping skyscrapers. While trying to survive the land's harsh climate, wild animals and vikings, Tonsil is also finding his way in the world. As he pushes his way through the dangerous wilderness, he finds a killer on the loose who is set on killing him for no reason. In the ensuing fight, he kills a man with his bare hands and a mysterious girl who possessed the man. Then, shortly after, an amazing golden creature appears before him that offers him a ride. And Tonsil is off...'or not'.
The Frontier Crack is still in development. I've been working on it for about 2 years as a hobbyist game developer, and this is the first official release of The Frontier.
The game is still in development, and as such, features are subject to change. Currently the game has fully implemented most of it's primary features, but some are still unfinished.

This is a game I started work on in 2011. After a year of work, I had completed enough features to make a playable demo. The game then went in decline after that point, and I put most of my free time into other projects. In 2012, I started really putting a lot more effort into it, and finished all but the art assets. What is the game about? 
The Frontier starts from nothing. Your business sector is randomly generated, and you have to manage a business, gather resources, and survive. 
In business simulation game, the player gets given a specific scenario, and then, according to that scenario, the player would make decisions to keep or lose the game. 
The game is free to download and play. Once you have purchased the game, you can customize your experience, and access certain features. 
Why is the game called The Frontier? 
The name comes from Game of Thrones, which is a popular fantasy book and TV show. The world on the show is very complex and full of intrigue, and The Frontier aims to deliver this to the players. 
What are the gameplay differences between The Frontier and other games? 
There are three main differences between The Frontier and other games: 
1. Being an open world, you can travel around the world as you please. The world is randomly generated and can change at any moment. 
2. Trading with other players and companies. You can trade with your friends, and you can buy and sell goods with each other. You can negotiate your prices, and you can either barter or sell at your own price. 
3. You can focus on improving the resources in your cities, while also exploring the biomes, in order to find new resources. 
What is the gameplay like? 
The gameplay is mainly a business simulation, while also offering a survival element in it. 
The game world is generated at run time, and every game is a different experience than the previous one. 
You start with a single server of farms, and a small office 
You start the game from nothing and you have to survive. 
The basic things you need to do are: 
Farming - gather food, grow your crops, and harvest them

I've always wanted to start my own business, to create my own little kingdom with my own brand name, and I finally have the opportunity to do so. In this game I want to tell the story of my journey from nobody to "somebody", and in the process share my discoveries with the rest of the world.
The setting: A world that began in 2016.People are searching for gold, oil, and other things. Some people stay away from other people while they do this, and a world war is happening which brings up new challenges to many different people.
The economy:In order to protect your business from the land you own, and also to protect yourself from others, you have to make sure you keep your money separate from your land. This is done by setting up businesses. Businesses are run by "businessman", or in your world we're more like business people.
The game features:An exploration mode to expand and conquer the land. A third-person combat mode where you can defend yourself or take on others. Each player character is unique.My world's story: I'll start as a nobody, and slowly grow and build my way into "somebody".
