The course trainers were experienced Jan Hormann and Frans Schmitz.

Before the course we were asked to do preparatory tasks – a presentation of our school (uploaded on Padlet), SWAT analysis of the area of internationalisation in our school, profile sheet of the participant with the photo and basic information and presentation of our previous projects. All the information about the participants, as well as the detailed programme, were shared with us on a platform where we signed up through a link we got from the organiser.

The content and activities of the course are accommodated to best suit the needs of the participants according to their analysis, and in that way help them solve the challenges they have.
