A little about me:
My name is Janelle Safford.  I am an Innovative Learning Design Specialist for Sulphur Springs ISD in Sulphur Springs, Texas. I was a classroom teacher for 22 years, a Campus Technology Specialist,  and an Instructional Technology Coordinator at a previous district before my current position at Sulphur Springs ISD. I have a M.ed. in Digital Learning and Leading from Lamar University, I am an MIE Expert, Seesaw Certified Educator, Apple Teacher, Level 2 Google Educator, Flipgrid Ambassador, Peardeck Coach and a Certified BrainPOP Educator. My duties involve meeting with teachers, planning technology integration lessons, modeling lessons, advising on district instructional technology initiatives and delivering training sessions on one of the 6 campuses that I serve in my district. I also enjoy presenting various topics at local, regional, area and state educational technology events.
