Mrs. Herrett's Classes:
5th Grade Math:
After completing our Diagnostic for iReady, we are ready to begin Lesson Zero in Ready Math. We will begin Monday with our live classes at 1:20 PM. Each day (except for Wednesdays) class will end with students working on either tutorials or iReady "My Path" lessons at 2:15. If your student misses the live class, we will be recording these classes and they will be available for 20 days in Microsoft Teams. There will be no homework this week. 
On Remote learning days (varying for students but all students are remote on Wednesdays) students should be checking in Teams to see their Agenda and expectations.
6th Grade Math:
6th grade will also be completing Lesson Zero in Ready Math. Live classes will begin Monday at 2:15 PM. On remote student days, students should be checking into Teams for their Agenda and expectations. Students can view lessons they missed live for up to 20 days after they are recorded in the Meetings channel in Teams.
Students who have not completed their iReady diagnostic will be required to do so in homeroom.

8th Grade Math:
Any student who has not completed their iReady diagnostic will be required to do so in homeroom.
We will begin Ready Lesson Zero and we will be live broadcasting our lessons at 10:04 AM. These will be available to all students for up to 20 days.

Expectations for WEDNESDAYS:
On Wednesdays, we will have office hours at the following times:
6th Grade ELA 8:25-8:55
8th Grade Math 9:00-9:30
5th Grade Math 10:45-11:15
6th Grade Math 11:20-11:50
At these times, students with questions about assignments are encouraged to join the meeting and ask them. Students who do not have questions, will check their agenda for virtual assignments. These will usually be for Math in iReady and relate to IEP goals. There will also be an attendance poll posted that day for students who do not need to log into the meeting. Student work expectations are about 30 minutes that day, this is not something to stress over if they are at 25 minutes and finished with a lesson or tutorial! 
There are additional office hours from 12-1 offered in a separate team (the Office Hours team). I would caution that this team is open to all of my students in all three grade levels and both content areas that I teach.
