Building users and administrator groups on the fly
You can easily add users to a group. Applying group memberships to specific users is not a problem either. That is all done using AxBuilder. A users group membership is applied to the users account and there is no need for an administrator to create a users group.
Creating a user without a user group
Users can be created without a group if you set the group attribute to false. That is not necessary for testing purposes though. You need a group for users to be created.
Categorizing users
AxBuilder enables you to create categories, which should be related to the role users have. The categories can be joined to each other and allow users to be sorted by categories when the user administration is being performed.

FTP and Zip uploads
AxBuilder allows you to upload files to a server using FTP and Zip. You specify the FTP address and the path to the files that you want to upload. You do not have to create ZIP archives manually. AxBuilder generates the ZIP files on the fly. You can preview the ZIP file before it is being uploaded to ensure that the ZIP is working properly. A ZIP file with one file already means that the ZIP file is valid.
FTP and Zip downloads
The ZIP files are uploaded to the server using FTP. The files are downloaded from the server using FTP. And after that, the ZIP file is opened and the content of the ZIP file is unpacked on the fly. The unpacked content is located in a temporary folder to avoid overwriting important files.
Basic user administration
You can add, edit and delete users using AxBuilder. AxBuilder allows you to add groups as well, but you can define groups outside of AxBuilder. When the user administration is performed, a table with the users is created. You can edit the table using a standard SQL editor. All fields are editable. User details such as first name, last name, email address, admin group, admin group membership and more are displayed. User details can be updated, or they can stay the same (but not updated) as well. All user details can be changed and the change is saved in a MySQL database.

I have a MySQL table with structure

There are over 40'000 rows of that table.
How do I get the last 12 rows?

You can do
SELECT * FROM sometable ORDER BY id DESC LIMIT 12
A:
This should do it:
SELECT * FROM yourtable ORDER BY id DESC LIMIT 0,12;
I would use ORDER BY id DESC because it is generally the most efficient way.  This is because MySQL doesn't guarantee the order of the rows in the result for ORDER BY id ASC.  
And, by the way, LIMIT 0,12 limits the result set to the top 12 rows with this order:
