Re-visit vision, values & aims
The period in which school buildings were closed has provided an opportunity for schools to refresh re-own the schools’ vision, values and aims. Development of strong core values and a shared vision along with linking these to wellbeing indicators and or children’s rights, and using a shared language will provide a strong basis for the school or setting. Using the curriculum refresh or information from An Empowered System would be a good starting point here.
