Improving Exhibitor Retention & Appreciation

According to the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR), the exhibitor retention rate across all trade shows is 62 percent. Meanwhile, business experts say that gaining a new customer costs a minimum of five times what it does to retain an existing one. Plus, there’s the cost in time and energy of getting that new customer/exhibitor on-boarded. So how can we improve the exhibitor retention rate for shows?
