Week one reflection:
What is health to me? I would simply answer without sick or not feeling ill is equal to health. That is what I would say before the lesson. From the lesson, I think more deeper into the concept health. Then realize that the concept of health is actually complicated. 
According to the definition of WHO, health as a state of the complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. From the above definition, it shows that the health could divided into three main factors which are physical, mental, and social. And these three parts is influence each other with strong relationship. And both of three factors are effect by our feel and lives. Like genetic, environment etc. If I have lived with stable and great environment, I would have better mental health, If my family income is enough for me to have body check or enough to pay the doctors when I was sick, then I would have better physical health. That seems so simple to us, but actually that was something that I have not being grateful to in the past. To think it opposite, those people without stable environment or live in low income family must being a huge negative impact to their health. 
Link it to now, the world is run cover by the COVID-19. People in different environment countries with different cultural and different living background had made a really big impact on how they planning to fight with the virus. Some might take it really serious like Taiwan, and successfully save they people in country with low number of sick and death. Some country might not react to the virus quickly in the beginning, and people are not taking it seriously which make amount of people suffer from COVID-19. With those countries situation on fighting with the COVID-19, actually we could tell and learn from good policy and to be vigilant to those contempt attitude to virus.
