Small scale: Teachers teaching teachers. One big room with experts at each table who share a tool or idea, not necessarily with the idea that it can be implemented the next day, but so that a relationship is developed between presenter and those other teachers. Great for teacher leadership and fosters relationship across the district.

Tried an 1-hour session and feedback response was so great that the principal agreed to do it monthly. 1 hour: 4 10-min sessions. Teachers choose which to attend. 5-7 min share, 3-5 min Q&A. Diverse presenters (some newbies, some veterans)

If you want to do this: observe in classrooms so that teachers can be asked to participate. (What are some problems in school and who is addressing that effectively?) Use a template so that teachers have a structure if they need one. But can also be bring your lesson and student examples.

Teachers don't have time to observe other teachers, so this fills that gap.

Large scale: Across district with 2-hour after school event. Held at a public library to get teachers out of their own buildings. Get swag, get refreshments. 10 sessions. Some students presented. Consistent marketing to get participants in. Provide digital access to all presentations.
