#AriesChat: Artificial Intelligence for a sustainable blue economy

Following the success of the previous Twitter chats on natural capital accounting and food security respectively, the ARIES team held a third online discussion on Twitter on December 16, in order to discuss AI’s role in achieving a sustainable blue economy. The one-hour online discussion had as subject experts: 1) Ivana Lukic, Marine Policy and Planning Consultant at s.Pro – sustainable projects GmbH and SUBMARINER Network; 2) Marta Pascual, Spanish National Hub at the WestMED Blue Economy Initiative, the Atlantic Action Plan Assistance Mechanism and ARIES team member at the Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3); 3) Sandra Ponce de León, Principal at the Blue Economy Agency; 4) Tundy Agardy, Executive Director and Founder at Sound Seas; 5) Zdenka Willis, CEO at Veraison Consulting LLC and President at the Marine Technology Society.
