Hello and welcome. This is the page I originally created for the HEA 510 final project. Here I'll be discussing the best practices for administrators in Higher Education, and the topic I choose is Massive Open Online Course, MOOC. I will be introducing the ideology and concept behind MOOC, its history, the existing platforms, the challenges and issues, the collaboration components, and its implication to HEIs.
