Macon-Bibb Commission 3/5/24

The Macon-Bibb County Commission spent more than $146,000 for malware and antivirus protection this week and accepted a $2,500 grant for a National Crime Victims' Rights Week Community Awareness project through the Solicitor General's office. The Commission also denied an alcohol license for the Jumbo Mart at 4737 Houston Road due to $40,000 owed in property taxes, but approved an alcohol license renewal for the Exxon at 36 Spring St. The board also funded Biometric health screenings for county employees.
