29. Responsibility

Responsibility is a Human Right written in Article 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It involves the duty to protect and respect the rights and freedoms of others. Humans are born with a set of rights that are taken into consideration universally. This Human Right specifies that these rights are responsibilities to the community.
