Criteria 24: Use assessment data to inform and guide instruction based on individual student needs.
As a team leader I did "drive-by" non-evaluative observations of teachers participating in the cohort. I collected the data on a shared excel spreadsheet. With the other team leaders I looked to see what blended learning "looked like" in the participants classrooms on a random day. I and the other team leaders discussed the trends in which blended learning practices seemed to be implemented most, and I developed our content and challenges for future months. 
The data from January below made me realize we needed to share more about authentic assessment, so I created pieces of the January content to support that area.
