Wakelet Basics
Wakelet is free, and made in Manchester. It provides for creation of notes that can be added to a collection board for display directly in different layouts, and/or embedded. Notes can contain text, images, video, links, tweets, documents. Pretty much anything with a url can be added. There are browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
Collections can be private, public or unlisted. you can invite people to join and contribute to a collection without a login by sharing a code.  Collections can be organised in Spaces, and people can be invited to add their collections.
The Immersive Reader facility from Microsoft provides text-to-speech, and ability to change fonts and size. There's an icon at the start of a collection, and on notes.
