Fans have been eagerly awaiting for the release of Destiny 2, the sequel to the successful FPS that took us into the world of the guardian and in the magical realm of the Reapers. The game was released earlier this year, and is developed by Bungie, with a wealth of community input and creative ideas. This is the expansion of the game, from the developers themselves.
The expansion is called The Curse of Osiris, and according to the official website:
* The Curse of Osiris has a total of 4 worlds to explore, each one filled with new lore and missions, and offering new weapons and armor
* The world is brought to life through the power of the Aether, a unique energy source found only in Osiris
* Players will be able to customize their protection with more damage resistance, movement speed, stamina and repair kits, more than 30 pieces of armor and 65 weapons for the new threat in the Crucible
* A whole new playable character that will redefine Guardian classes in the crucible and PvP
* Three new Legendary weapons for the Guardian class to take on the challenge

THE ROLE OF THE GUARDIAN
The curse of Osiris has been unleashed on the guardians and all of its power is being passed onto them. The RNG system will now play a bigger part in the game and will affect the items and armor that can be acquired.
The newly added Curse of Osiris will allow you to finally do everything and anything that was forbidden and taboo in the previous expansion, and become an unstoppable force in this battle.
Everything that is forbidden in the heavens, the Underworld, and the mortal realm, now comes down to you, and only you can save the human race.
The expansion adds a whole new race to the game that seems to be a creature of darkness, with a new set of powers and abilities. The Guardians will need to fight back this enemy that will never die, and will consume our souls.
