History 
The history of AutoCAD Cracked Version dates back to 1969, when Thomas J. Watson, the founder of IBM, purchased the Eckert–Mauchly Computer Corporation in 1964. The Eckert-Mauchly Computer Corporation was founded in 1946 by William Eckert and Konrad Mauchly, and is considered one of the first computer companies. Eckert and Mauchly were granted U.S. Patent 1,606,740 for their "Digital electronic calculating device" on December 29, 1949, but the patent was not issued until February 20, 1962.
In 1966, Eckert and Mauchly sold their company to Remington Rand and were renamed Remington Rand Computer Corporation. In 1969, Remington Rand formed the American Systems Company. The American Systems Company was renamed Amdahl Corporation in 1972.
On August 1, 1978, Amdahl Corporation spun off from Remington Rand a special-purpose computing unit known as the CAD Systems Division. This CAD Systems Division was a new entity that was very different from the highly successful IBM mainframe business. Amdahl's CAD Systems Division was formed to be a developer of small computers that would be used for CAD work. CAD Systems Division's first product was AutoCAD, which was released to the public in 1982.
From January 1985 to July 1987, AutoCAD was licensed to American Auto Graphics, Inc. (AAGI), a joint venture of American Graphic Systems and Mannesmann. In July 1987, AAGI merged with Autodesk.
In the early 2000s, Autodesk purchased a company called Autodesk Canada, which had been founded in 1992 by Canadian-born engineer Scott E. Horswill.
In the late 1990s, Autodesk acquired Virtual Design Ltd., an Australian company, that began developing products for the architecture and construction market. Virtual Design was spun out of Autodesk in October 2008.
In June 2001, Autodesk acquired Translusion, a multimedia authoring technology company, from Evernote.
In 2009, Autodesk acquired Acceleware, a gaming technology firm that specialized in developing games for Microsoft Windows.
In 2010, Autodesk acquired the Virtual Design group within Autodesk, creating Autodesk Virtual Design.
In September 2010, Autodesk acquired the Autodesk Designer software platform from The Helix Group, which was then renamed as Autodesk Inventor.
