August 8, 2020: Google Drive
Drive is a Google app that allows you store files, videos, documents, spreadsheets, presentation, PDFs, etc. onto the cloud. It's similar to Microsoft's OneDrive and Dropbox. 
New Button
The plus button on the top, left-hand corner, allows you to create a new Doc, Sheet, Form, Slide, Drawing, etc. You have the access to start new web documents from this menu.
You can also upload files, folders, or create a new folder here as well. 
Folders
You can rename folders to include numbers. You can color-code folders as well.
Shared Files
People can share files with you by giving you access as an editor, commenter, or a viewer. These shared files appear on your Shared with Me menu. You can remove them from here, but that doesn't mean it's no longer shared with you.
