A fully-tooled case includes the stamping operations as well as other secondary operations such as blanking, scoring, gum-shaping, polishing, side-gumming, sanding, and detacking. PAM-STAMP also offers a range of partially-tooled solutions, such as flash deburring of stamping, scoring, and blanking operations.
During the design and development phase, PAM-STAMP also provides an on-demand manufacturing service called "on-demand manufacturing". On-demand manufacturing provides quick and cost-effective manufacturing of relatively small quantities of custom parts (i.e. prototypes) through the design team’s own computer-aided design (CAD) tooling. On-demand manufacturing can be performed for both, individual and combined design. On-demand manufacturing of stamping is typically performed using the PAM-STAMP Toolroom system. It enables a CAD designer to electronically prepare a pattern based on the CAD data of the part and the job parameters (e.g., size, sequence, material, position, etc.), which then serves as the blueprint for the PAM-STAMP Toolroom system to automatically produce the tooling.
PAM-STAMP has a proven track record in quality management and value engineering throughout the entire manufacturing process of stamping, blanking and forming of both in-house designed and customer-designed parts. PAM-STAMP also provides key in-house services, such as the management of in-house tooling and the delivery of tooling products to the customer.
PAM-STAMP has a manufacturing facility in Germany. Customers include the automotive industry, consumer goods, electrical and mechanical engineering, electrical and construction technology, farm machinery, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
