small description of my goal donating and supporting local artists with special needs by customizing a hand painted design on old items, the outcome of my project goes as community service regarding the global context of fairness and development introduction Hi, my name is Natalie Bostami I am a student in grade 10 at the ahliyyah and mutran school. I am really interested in arts and hand crafts; I practice drawing and painting most of the time where I value all types of arts. I decided to include my hobby in my goal of the MYP personal project where I  provided financial support to local artists with special needs and i raised awareness about the difficulties that they experience by the help of art. I worked on achieving 2 parts of my goal, raising awareness and then providing financial support by the outcome which I intend to do by opening a business to draw on people’s old items then donating the money to a Jordanian charity that helps the handicapped referring to the global context of fairness and development.   Also caring about people who needs Money and supporting them can make a huge difference in the society especially for these handicapped. moreover, I worked hard to reach my goal of this project and it was a very successful experience even when passing through some obstacles. I also explored ideas of business in depth where I opened an Instagram page, and spent some time on the topic of business. It helped me expand my thoughts in creating and achieving my goal in the best possible way. I’ve developed myself as a communicator, I learned how to communicate in an effective manner such as arranging meetings and planning days to work with handicapped people. I’ve also developed as an open-minded induvial where I got a better understanding of perspective. In addition to my thinking skills, as I applied my skills critically and creatively to overcome my challenges and to take smart decisions. In the end I finished my product with all the obstacles I’ve faced. I gained more knowledge from my weaknesses as I’m proud of how everything turned out.
