Log in to the QuickBooks Point of Sale application.
Make sure you're logged in as the administrator.
Then select Help Menu from the drop-down menu.
From the drop-down menu, select the Software Update option.
To see if an update is available, go to the Check for Updates option.
 You should update it soon as the update comes. 
Then, after clicking the Update Now option, click the OK button.
To submit invoices successfully, you'll need to update QuickBooks Desktop to the most recent version.
