world where you play as one of six different characters. You must 
grind through six different levels to make it to the Boss Fight!
Your goal is to survive and make it to the end of each level. The 
only way to do this is to kill all enemies. You can throw people, 
jump, and run. Once you beat a level, you'll move on to the next 
level, completing the game. However, beware of bath, a secret 
organization bent on causing strife and violence.
The mitochondrial envelope (ME) is essential for the biogenesis of the mitochondrial membrane and the maintenance of normal cellular function. Among other functions, the ME exerts a critical role in the import of nuclear-encoded proteins into mitochondria. The ME has also been implicated in the biogenesis of the mitochondrial genome and in the assembly of the enzyme complexes of the oxidative phosphorylation system. Despite intensive research since its discovery by Christian De Duve and coworkers in the 1970s, much about the structure and function of the ME remains unknown. We propose a new hypothesis which suggest that the function and structure of the ME are more complex than originally supposed. Our central hypothesis is that it is the ME in its entirety that is the central component in the organization and coordination of the biogenesis pathways of the inner mitochondrial membrane. The proposed research studies the hypothesis that the ME plays an essential role in the import of nuclear-encoded proteins into mitochondria, and that the import protein receptors are involved in the organization and function of the ME. The focus of our research is the MCF2 protein, which binds to the import motor and can recruit motors into the ME. Our primary goals are to identify the domains of MCF2 that are required for import and to determine how the import apparatus is incorporated into the ME. We also plan to determine the location of MCF2 and import machineries in the outer and inner mitochondrial membranes. Our research will provide new insight into the role of the ME in organelle biogenesis and function and should have translational potential in understanding the pathogenesis of mitochondrial disorders. PUBLIC HEALTH RELEVANCE: By studying import receptor proteins, we hope to gain insights into the organization of the mitochondrial envelope (ME) and thereby improve our understanding of human disease. Gourmet warriors are a hard and fast 3D, beat 'em up game, focusing on normal and boss battles. There is no story involved, only a mission to defeat Bath's forces of evil. Your goal is to break open treasure chests, consuming delicious food while battling Bath's henchmen in the streets and sewers of Zeus. You will use a special shot gun that stores a limited number of shots, and if you lose all your shots, you will have to reload. You can use a special powered shield that recovers your shot gun when you run out of ammo. There are three different characters to choose from; your beloved Abbot, Emperor Augustus, or General Wilho, and they all have different special moves and abilities. Each character has his own strengths and weaknesses.
Emperor Augustus has high jump power and a heavy shield. He is perfect for smashing Bath's demonic creations with his shield.
Abbot is a great utility character. He is equipped with a short range fire gun and his leaps add extra distance to jump attacks.
General Wilho has a powerful gun and very strong forward attack. As a General, he can move and attack in every direction.

Kerastase has been known to show their Nintendo games to their clients and work with Nintendo to develop a game if there are Nintendo fan base owners that show their name at Kerastase. So, it is a small company that really knows how to get their game on Nintendo systems.
