In a recent interview with Wikipedia, Autodesk vice president of product management and marketing, Tara Rosencrantz, said that Autodesk was founded by “a very small group of engineers and artists that had their own enthusiasm and vision for creating a new type of CAD program.” The team “was very diverse, and came from various backgrounds.” Among them were “artist, designers, and engineers,” a “school teacher, a librarian, a jazz musician, and a chemist.”

“Perhaps some of the most important people involved were Marvin, Woody, and Jim [Chernoff],” Rosencrantz said. “Marvin was the first designer, helping design the very first logo, the orange star. Jim had never used a computer, but he was a brilliant programmer and developer. Woody was our first sales person.”

When Autodesk was founded, the company consisted of four people: Marvin Trammell, Woody Wronski, Jim Chernoff, and Dan Norton.
In 2007, Autodesk decided to release an open source version of AutoCAD.

Well, Judge and Severino could not be bothered by the ban. In his postgame interview after the Yankees’ stunning come-from-behind win in Game 6 of the ALCS, Severino said Judge approached him at the team hotel after the game and told him that they had been instructed to let their hair down.
“We were told to just go out and enjoy our victory and just be loose,” Severino said. “We kind of did what we were told to do. We had a great celebration out there.”
Severino then joked that they had been coached to tell the media that they have no idea how they could have thrown Game 6.
“I know it’s hard to believe but we’re trying to stick to our plan and follow the script,” Severino said, speaking to reporters in the Yankee clubhouse. “I think we did pretty good.”
