MVP encourages young people to become leaders amongst peers, that aims to challenge the attitudes, values and beliefs that underpin gender based violence and bullying behaviour. It creates a platform to have open and safe conversations. It also creates opportunities for young people to take on roles within the school and wider community. It also develops skills and attributes they can use as the progress on the journey after school MVP sessions offer the opportunity to understand and explore leadership and there impact on people in our schools and community. It also empowers them to challenge there peers to be role models and lead from the front.
