Participant shares her project experience
The Ubele Initiative hosted two of their most recent courses in Chania, Crete, as part of their Erasmus+ project entitled 'MEL Europe'.
The project will offer 11 courses in Europe along with 20 fellowships, enabling adult learners to reflect, develop new skills and share best practice from across the continent.
Karina Morales wrote about her experience of the 'Appreciative Leadership' training. She said: "We worked in pairs and small group sharing thoughts, ideas, challenging and questioning more possibilities to create a dream/vision in each process."
Karina also describes a trip to the Botanic Garden and how the experience she shared with the other participants impacted her.
