The CAD Suite is the core RSoft Photonic Device Tools which contains FullWAVE FDTD, BeamPROP BPM, DiffractMOD. In the case of the center wavelength and the Q, we obtain a Q-value of 6.4. This can be explained with the air-hole quality factor Q of 6.2 and an effective refractive index of 3.1.
Furthermore, the center wavelength can be measured with an accuracy of 9 pm.

The center wavelength of the bottom mirror can be estimated with an accuracy of 20 pm. This is due to the air-hole quality factor Q of 6.6 and an effective refractive index of 3.1.

The measured results show that the measured efficiency is in good agreement with the calculated value with an accuracy of 13% for the top mirror. The efficiency values of the bottom mirror is higher than with a laser simulation. It can be explained with the air-hole quality factor Q of 6.5 and an effective refractive index of 3.1.
. The bottom mirror has a higher slope efficiency than the top mirror.
