Wow! Weren't Dr. Aguilera and Dr. Huff wonderful! I know I am feeling more prepared to start the year off right. I hope you were able to attended the NSTA's STEM20. Some of the resources came from this event. Please let me know if you win the Shell $$! I will have my fingers crossed for you. Hooked on Science provided a short video that shows how wearing a mask does help. You will need to add a little more explaination, but it is a visual for students. I did see a demo during STEM20 of BirdBrain Technologies- Hummingbird. The cool thing about this little robot kit was that the robots were in a teacher's workshop. The teacher had a camera on them with a livestream video going. Students were able to code from home and watch the robot perform the action through the livestream. This was a great way to still have a robotics program through distance learning if students can't take robots home. Check out the World Robot Olympiad Association. It is just now starting to become a big thing in the USA. However, if you are into robotics or are thinking about it, this is something you should check out!
