This book basically talks about me and how many huddles I had to cross.a girl child born into a wonderful family with dark secrets, so many times I cause my luck and beat myself over things that are beyond me.. I don’t even know where to start hmmmmmi was 8 years old when I lost my mom and I thought God should have taken me instead of my mom because I was bullied as a child because of my bow legs and most time I don’t even want to leave my room .that did not stop some uncles from abusing me sexually... I cried so hard and was constantly looking over my shoulders.. I still deal with depression till this day.i tried to take my own several times but always get lucky ��.One time my uncle walked into my room and he Took one look at me and said you are growing into a Fine lady and even if he rape me now no one will believe me since nobody believed me the first time I cried wolf ...i was abused , bruised ,confused, and I had no one to talk to because no one believed me .... hmmm note this abuse went on for 3yrs and when I hit 18yrs I felt like it was time to leave but my abuser promised to continue with my little sister at that time and I don’t want her to go through what I want through so I became a shadow of myself...i began to drink heavily, smoke, join crazy groups just to spite my family ... I was always fighting and stealing from people just to cause then pain.. the truth is I had no use for most of the things I stole but I wanted my dad to notice me and talk to me at least but I only got flogged by him as usual...most schools were tired of me back then but because my grades were great they put up with my bad behavior...most times I look back and wish I could change most of the things that happened to me as a child . Maybe my life will not be this complicated...
