Climate change negatively affects us and the world, and since we have recently  had a major impact on how our world's climate is, I believe we have a role in reducing the amount of greenhouse gases that we create and have brought into our atmosphere. Even though we cannot depend on everyone else to help us make this change yet, we can try our best to do what we can individually. That means that we will have to set the example for the changes we want to see around the world, and that starts in our own home. Making our best effort to make our homes more energy efficient as well as changing our own consumption behaviors, is an important step to making our move to a healthier and more sustainable life. Because whether we choose to do something about climate change or not is something the world can live without. The world will continue to evolve even if we are no longer on it, although we are only doing this for us, I hope it is a good enough reason for you to want to make a change. If we can still not depend on the rest of society to make these changes we need to remember that the energy efficiency changes we choose to do either to our home or our own actions to become energy efficient, will slowly begin to spread to the people we know. This is why we must educate ourselves about our impact on climate change and the impacts of climate change has on us, so that we can educate others until the time comes when climate change and its effects have been thoroughly taught to others so that they can choose to make energy-efficient decisions in their own homes, on their own with proper resources to back them up so that no one has to suffer from health issues caused from our gas emissions or any other pollutant we have made and continue to produce because of our ignorance.
