Desktop Icon Spacing (DCS) is a cool and easy to use tool, that changes the default settings of the Windows 7 desktop. It is an easy to use tool, that only requires a few mouse clicks and a reboot of the PC to get the desired results.
How to use
- This tool is a portable app, so you can take it with you, and just launch it whenever you need to make changes in your desktop.
- You just need to select the type of spacing (horizontal or vertical) and the number of icons you want to change. Keep in mind that the maximum value for this parameter is 100.
- To better understand how to use it, you can just select an example of the spacing you like for comparison and learn how to change your default settings.
- When you are done, just close the app and close the Explorer process to save your work, just as in any other tool.
If you are not satisfied with the settings, you can just reboot the computer and all settings are restored to their original value.
