Spread the Word through Coding

In this workshop for grades 5-8 you’ll design and code a brief Earth-friendly message of your choice that enables you to “spread the word” about climate change or water pollution. You’ll bring the letters to life through animation, sound, and music. In this workshop we’ll use Scratch (block-based coding), and no previous coding experience is required. Plus, we’ll discuss the make-a-difference opportunities in STEM careers.
