Reformation of Criminal and Restorative Justice

Presented by David Manning and Jack Stepke Our society functions with the basic necessity of accountability. This tenet manifests itself in many ways, from debt, to salaries, to prison sentences. In an ideal situation, accountability operates using a refutable system of balances; one will receive precisely what they put in, or pay for exactly what they take out. But as we are well aware, paid interest can be high, wages can be low, and naturally, justice is not always laid out equivalently.
