SIX Stages of UX Design Process

There are 6 stages of UX design process:
Stage 1 : Understand
Two important elements to understand which are user and brand.
Understand what are the problem is facing by the user. Once problem is identified, start working towards the solution.
Understand how is your project working on aligned with the brand's mission and goals.
Stage 2 : Research
Solve your assumptions by conducting research.
Some good user research methods:
 1:1 interview
 Focus groups
Surveys
Usability testing 
Stage 3 : Analyze
After research, start to analyze your data.
Two ways to do analyzing:
 User personas
Act as a guide for making decisions.
User journey maps
 Giving great insights on pain points and how to restructure them.
Stage 4 : Design
Build out the design, example:
 Site map
 User flows
Mockups 
One of the most value thing in this stage is creating a wireframe.
Stage 5 : Launch
Start to communicate with development team to turn the design into a real working product.
Remember to keep to check-ins and feedback because UX gets better with collaboration.
Stage 6 : Analyze again
Might asking yourself:
Where did our process go right?
Where did we struggle?
How are the users responding?
Did we solve their issues and pain points?
With this reflection, we can gain invaluable knowledge that can help improve in the future projects.
