Resync Trackers

Students first populate in Synergy…then Canvas…then Mastery Connect. It can take up to 48 hours for them to get from Canvas into Mastery Connect and be able to access these resources. You will need to resync your Tracker for each course that gets new students at any time.
Here are instructions to resync your Trackers:

If a student moves between bells or transfers out of my class, how do I resync my Trackers?
1.	Open the course
2.	Click on Mastery Tracker on left gray menu
3.	If the Tracker needs synced, you will see an orange banner message “A section has been added…”
4.	Click on the Manage Sections link
5.	Use the drop down to select the correct section (BE CAREFUL HERE!!)
6.	Click on the Update and Sync link
If you have a student who has changed bells, you will need to do this sync for both bells.
