TieCal is the tool that integrates Lotus Notes and Outlook together. It enables the user to synchronize the Lotus Notes calendar with Outlook using one click.

TieCal can synchronize several calendars with one click.
When synced with Outlook, the reminder settings are copied to Outlook data file.
The reminder settings are specified by means of “recurrence rule”.
The calendar data is copied to Outlook data file using iTunes.
The user can change the iTunes playlist and the media file used in synchronization.

There are two ways to synchronize the notes with Outlook:
- By calendar.
- By Recurrence rule.
When synced with Outlook, the reminder settings are copied to Outlook data file.
TieCal user can set the reminder settings to use the reminder plug-in of Outlook.
The reminders are copied to the calendar in Outlook. The reminder can be set as “today” or “sooner or later”.
The reminders in the calendar are tracked by using the synchronization. This is done in a predefined format.
TieCal has the ability to open the Outlook calendar data file in a new window.
When the Outlook calendar data file is opened in the new window, TieCal keeps displaying the current Outlook calendar in the new window.
A new “Find by Keyword” filter is included in the new calendar.
New calendar filter can help find the events by means of keywords.
If the user wants to setup an event for day after in a different calendar than the present calendar in Outlook, he is able to open the present calendar and choose an event in the list of “Next calendar” and click OK.
The user can add a new event in a new calendar using a “Menu” command.
If the “Menu” command is used and the user clicks OK or the “Yes” button in the dialog box, the new calendar will be created and an event will be added to this calendar.
TieCal can synchronize the recurrent events.
TieCal includes an “Add to Outlook” option. When this is used, the user chooses an event in his Notes calendar.

Most cases of cribriform ductal carcinoma show a desmoplastic background, characterized by a fibrous stroma around the ductal carcinoma, usually focally present in a background of DCIS. Usually, the disease is confined to the epithelium of the ducts, but a small subset of cases will show extension into the stroma.
