You want to be able to take a video with a soundtrack and put it into video loops.
Does Coub exist? I've only used it for a few seconds so far and I don't see how it does what you want. But it looks cool.
Try TechSmith's StoryWeaver - if you watch a lot of tutorials, you'll like this one - it's very easy to use and lets you annotate the clip you want, download the clip, re-title it, and then make it a 3-5 second loop. No need to use Adobe or any other video editing software.
I like using iMovie on the iphone for the same thing. I guess I could do it in Final Cut Pro, but it's a bit more complicated.
Using iMovie, you can create a new project and add a clip in to it. Then you just trim it down, create a fade, and turn it into a loop. No need for any other software. Then export it to a movie on the iPhone. I don't know if there is a way to do it in iMovie without creating a new project.Q:
Does mousemove event fire when dragging using a draggable
I have a draggable in my web page that I want to move. The draggable is a flash object. I have a mouseover event on a div and want to change the size of the div based on the position of the mouse. The problem I have is that I am using dragstart and dragend events and I want to know the position of the mouse when dragging starts and finishes.
I have searched everywhere and cannot find a way to find out when dragging starts. I just want to resize the div when I move the mouse into its area. 
I have created a small example of my problem:
