Universal Declaration of Human Rights Violation of the 5th Article “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment” Many people have suffered unjustifiable deaths due to the racial class system within the US. African Americans suffered harsh punishments and experienced inhuman treatment throughout many years. There has been so many wrongful deaths committed upon blacks in the US and their rights were violated in unimaginable ways. Most of the people that experience these issues are not given justice, causing an unequal balance between individuals of the states.
