Get your SWEAT ON (self-directed fitness)

Use the resources below if you wish to sweat it out for your weekly session. You may also choose to do a 'sweaty' activity of your own: biking, running etc. In order for you to complete your reflection log; you will need to access the learning link and do at least ONE activity by Monday at kl.1500. The time that you choose to do the activity should be within the time of the scheduled class but the reflection is flexible to your needs and your schedules; make good informed choices for what you need. Late notices will be logged based on your completed reflection Monday afternoon beginning at kl.1501.
