The latest version of the WASAPI driver that is installed on the card will be used. This is the default behavior.

When wasapi.inf is changed, WASAPI will be restarted.
The default behavior is to restart WASAPI if it hasn't been restarted in X minutes, and if it's not restarted when the card is inserted.
Example 1: Use the same value in both places for CARD_FORCE_RESTART_DELAY
To use the same value in both places, for example when the card is replaced, simply change both occurrence of the CARD_FORCE_RESTART_DELAY value in the [BLOCK] line below.
If any other WASAPI setting needs to be updated, then also change both occurrences of the value to match.
